Mangotels

A hotel suite, end to end

The problem

why this had to exist

Mangotels is one product in Mangosuite, a family of tools for running a business, from hotels to restaurants and parking.

A hotel runs on many hands: rooms and their status, housekeeping, maintenance, the front desk. Without one place to assign and follow the work, tasks get missed and the team drifts out of sync.

The goal: one panel where managers run rooms and staff, and one app where every employee sees exactly what to do today.

What I did

three pieces, one system
01

Rates calendar

A weekly calendar where every room type gets its own price per day, with formulas for weekends and holidays.

02

Hotel setup

Taxes, room types and departments configured once, in plain tabs instead of a long settings page.

03

Staff app

Every employee sees today's tasks on the phone, fills in the details, asks for leave and reaches their manager in one place.

Key screens

the parts I'm proudest of

The staff app

made for one thumb, on a busy shift

What's next

still growing
Housekeeping app

A separate app for the housekeeping team, in design now.

Beyond hotels

The staff app grows into a task manager for any team that works in shifts.
